On Thursday 6 February, Western Health’s Head of Unit for Infectious Diseases, Dr Marion Kainer, gave a special presentation on the novel coronavirus at the Respiratory Grand Round.
Dr Kainer joined Western Health in October 2019 after two decades in senior positions in the United States, including the US Center for Disease Control, where she was involved in the response to the coronaviurus.
