In today’s Operations Bulletin update, I would like to clarify staff guidelines on the wearing of masks, following some incorrect information that was provided on Friday.
Please be aware that all Western Health staff must wear masks at all times when you are indoors on Western Health premises, unless you are the only person in a room, or when you are eating or drinking. All visitors are required to wear masks.
It is anticipated that the Queensland Government will make further announcements this afternoon about the restrictions that apply to the Greater Brisbane region. We will keep you updated of any changes that affect Western Health staff. However, in the meantime, the guidelines outlined in Friday’s bulletin remain current. These guidelines can be accessed here.
